Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place your unworn shoes in their original dust bag and shoebox, ensuring all packaging materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
